Our respite services provide a brief escape from the mental, physical, and emotional toll of taking care of a loved one.

Respite care services are usually provided by a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Companion. If duties do not directly involve care for the client and require only housekeeping, transportation, chore-related activities or companionship, services may be rendered by a caregiver or a companion.

Respite Care is an important part of home care for Florida families and can be offered in the home or a variety of other settings.

In-Home Respite

A designated care provider can be brought into your home for a set period of time to supervise and care for your loved one, allowing you to leave the house or take care of your own requirements.

Overnight

If you need a good night's sleep or need to travel, you may require a temporary care provider to be with your loved one overnight. Your loved one will be cared for overnight by one of the competent care providers we recommend, assuring safety and companionship while you're away.

Alzheimer’s Respite

We can recommend a care provider who specializes in Alzheimer's and dementia care for a set amount of time to look after your loved one. Caring for a loved one with Alzheimer's disease can be physically and emotionally draining, so respite is especially necessary. You can take a break from your caring chores and return rejuvenated and healthy by having a Respite care provider with experience in Alzheimer's Care.

Travel Care

If you're planning a trip with a loved one and need extra help, we may recommend a care provider who will accompany you and offer the essential care. They'll be discreet and empathetic, letting your family to enjoy the trip and each other's company while ensuring that your loved one is safe & well-cared for.
