most basic ADLs.

These activities can be performed with the help of the care providers we offer. Serene Home Care is here to help take care of you and your loved ones.

Personal Hygiene

Care providers that assist with Personal Hygiene services are generally helping you or your loved one with important daily hygienic activities such as oral care, hair care, shaving, applying lotion, nail care and filing nails. In the event of a diabetic client, a CNA/HHA, or RN is necessary for nail care.

Dressing

Eating and feeding

Tube feeding (RNs or LPNs only), hand feeding, or utensil help are all options for feeding assistance.

Transfers and Positioning

The caregivers we offer have been trained to move and place clients in the correct postures and positions to promote health, safety, and appropriate functioning of the body's multiple systems. Transferring and situating into beds and seats correctly helps to remove pressure points on the skin, reduce muscular weakness and stiffness, and encourage appropriate breathing, digestion, and evacuation. The caregivers we offer have also been trained to assist clients in safely transferring into and out of wheelchairs.

Range of Motion
Assistance

Maintaining good functioning of all of the body's systems necessitates keeping our bodies moving; nevertheless, mobility and range of motion activities can be difficult as we age, especially if we have specific physical conditions or handicaps. The caregivers we offer can help you or a loved one with both passive and active range of motion exercises to improve circulation and muscle activation.

When people are coping with complex health concerns or the aging process in general, it's critical to keep track of their health data in order to track any progress or regression and adjust therapy accordingly. We can assign you to a care provider who can help you keep track of your health data, such as vital signs, intake and output, and client weight.
